My name is Suzie King, and from my own life path plus therapy training, I know it really helps to have someone:
- to listen to your words, and also to what lies between the words
- interested in the nuances of your life, willing to help you get to where you want to go
- caring enough to not just hear you but give you input, when you want it, about where you can get further resources, keep accountable and stay in focus
- offer you deep understanding, confidentiality and care
First, we address what can be practically done right now, today, to alleviate anxiety and confusion,
followed by exploring strategies and resources to move forward in a more balanced and creative way.
Then we look at the possible origins of unhelpful thinking and new ways of using our brain, to create resilience and positivity.
All our work together is based on the latest research from neuroscience, CBT and Integrative Psychology, on how the brain, emotions and wellbeing can be improved in the best possible way.
