My name is Suzie King, and from my own life path plus therapy training, I know it really helps to have someone:
- to listen to my words, and also to what lies between the words
- interested in the nuances of my life, willing to help me get to where I want to go
- caring enough to not just hear me but give me input, when I want it, about where I can get further resources, keep myself accountable and stay in focus
- offer compassion, confidentiality and care
I believe in working together holistically, looking at health from the point of view of body, mind and emotions, in a compassionate and proactive way.
First, we address what can be practically done right now, today, to alleviate anxiety and confusion, followed by exploring strategies and resources to move forward in a more balanced and creative way. Then we look at the possible origins of unhelpful thinking and new ways of using our brain, to create resilience and positivity.
All our work together is based on the latest research from neuroscience on how the brain, emotions and wellbeing can be improved in the best possible way.
