Loneliness and depression greatly affect our bodies, raising stress chemicals and reducing those we need to keep healthy – loneliness is thought be as bad for us as smoking.
As someone who has experienced both depression and loneliness, with a keen interest in the biology of low mood, I can offer a holistic approach to healing in your way, at your pace, with the focus on calm, compassion and creativity.
